Don’t worry, we’re here to help whatever your situation is. Whether you need a bigger space as there is a baby on the way, or you’ve given notice and you just heard that you did not get that job, what now? Good news is we can help.

Should you need a bigger space with more rooms, chat to one of our friendly customer service agents. If you’ve given notice to vacate, but you have now changed your mind and want to stay on in your apartment, there are a couple of important points to keep in mind.

Download and complete the “amend to vacate” notice that is available from our website, You need to submit this notice at least two weeks before your vacate date.

It’s important to note that the legal lease holder must apply. If it’s a joined lease between you or your parent and your friend, partner, etc. we require both individuals to apply.

If your unit has already been let, you would unfortunately be required to vacate the apartment by the original date. Not all is lost though, as we will always make an effort to find another apartment at one of our other properties. Should a suitable unit be available, you would have to pay for the relocation cost.
