We are proud of our inner-city know-how, administrative expertise and scalable property management proficiency. Through our extensive property insight and expertise, we have a track record of unlocking value in redevelopments and refurbishments, through world-class property management.

Our transformation strategy is aligned with the draft Property Sector Code, and we have appointed a corporate advisory team to assist with the implementation of a formal transformation plan and B-BBEE strategy. We believe that each project completed, and property built, addresses the future of South Africa’s cities and its people.

Property management
As a leading property company, our success lies not only in the onsite management and maintenance teams that care for our properties and its tenants, but also our administration staff. They include friendly call-centre operators, customer care professionals, leasing and building experts, contractors and other support staff.
With live-in building managers at most of our properties, our team on the ground are there to assist tenants with maintenance and other general matters. We also handle strategic management, supervision and implementation relating to acquisitions and disposals, as well as upgrades and renovations.
With over 600 diverse properties, 12 000 flats and 1 million square meters of commercial space to manage, we strive to meet the needs of our tenants and build long-lasting relationships.

African Children’s Feeding Scheme
We’re proud to support the African Christian Feeding Scheme (ACFS), which has grown from its beginnings in 1945 to serve communities through nine centres across Gauteng. As food security remains under pressure, we support community food gardens and training initiatives that help communities build sustainable sources of food. Our annual stationery drive also helps young learners complete their homework and keep up with their schoolwork while attending the centres.
Dignity Dreams NGO
We’ve partnered with this NGO who manufactures reusable sanitary packs to young women by providing a rent-free premises for them to work from.
Santa Shoebox
A firm favourite among our staff is the annual Santa Shoebox Project, where teams come together to decorate and fill boxes with stationery, toys, clothing, personal hygiene items and treats for children. We also provide warehouse space to support the collection and storage of boxes before their festive-season distribution.
Reach for a Dream
We’re proud to walk alongside the Reach for a Dream Foundation, helping bring joy, hope and courage to children fighting life-threatening illnesses. Each year, we help make more than 30 dreams come true, reminding young dreamers that their dreams matter. We also proudly support National Slipper Day, a much-loved annual highlight when our team swaps work shoes for slippers in support of the Foundation.
Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa
To improve the survival rate, more children and teens need to be diagnosed early. We support CHOC with funding, and also drive an awareness campaign to alert staff and tenants about the importance of early detection.
Cotlands
We’re proud to support Cotlands, an organisation known for its play-based approach to early childhood development. Our partnership supports ECD centres and toy libraries, while Cotlands has also trained staff at the Kamane Educational Centre in Pretoria’s inner city, equipping them with valuable skills to support young children’s learning and development. In addition, Cotlands has office space in one of our Johannesburg office blocks, strengthening our partnership and supporting the organisation’s work in our communities.
